A Policy guidance from the National Development and Reform Commission
In the "Guiding Catalogue for Industrial Structure Adjustment (2011 Edition)" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, urban landscaping and ecological community construction are listed as encouraged industries; In the "Catalogue of Industries for Guiding Foreign Investment (Revised in 2011)" (Order No. 12 of the National Development and Reform Commission), the construction and operation of flower production and nursery bases, as well as the manufacturing and operation of forestry machinery and new technology equipment, are listed as industries that encourage foreign investment. The construction of garden greening and the development of garden machinery have received national attention and strong support.
B Regulations of the Ministry of Construction on Urban Greening Indicators
The "Regulations on Urban Greening Planning and Construction Indicators" issued by the Ministry of Construction have put forward clear indicator requirements for the construction of various types of green spaces, such as the ratio of green spaces in newly built residential areas to the total land use of residential areas not less than 30%, and the ratio of green spaces attached to units to the total land use of units not less than 30%.
The Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of Urban Landscape and Greening Industry put forward specific opinions on strengthening the planning, design, construction, and management of urban landscape and greening, requiring the construction of parks and green spaces to enable residents to see green within 300 meters and gardens within 500 meters. The investment in maintenance and management funds should account for 7-10% of the total investment in local landscape and greening construction in the previous year, and should not be lower than the local landscape and greening maintenance and management quota standard.
The above regulations have elevated the status of landscaping construction in urban development, ensuring the development of landscaping construction and landscaping machinery.
C The Ministry of Construction launches the "Ecological Garden City" campaign

As the largest variety of garden supplies, garden machinery will continue to maintain stable growth in market demand.
